All services, package structures, design offerings, visual materials, and audio content—including but not limited to graphic designs, logos, branding elements, portfolio pieces, merchandise designs, marketing assets, creative content, music compositions, sound recordings, and audio productions—are the exclusive intellectual property of Off Trail Studios (Rachele Liba & Harrison Long). These works represent years of specialized development in music industry design and audio production and are protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, imitation, distribution, or use of these services and materials—whether in whole or in part—is strictly prohibited. Any infringement may result in legal action to protect Off Trail Studios' proprietary work.

Content Attribution

Visual content is credited to Rachele Liba, while audio content is specifically attributed to Harrison Long. All other content is credited to Off Trail Studios.

À La Carte Services: Branding, Design Services, Merch Setup, Creative Direction, Web/EPK Services, Cover Art, CD/Cassette/Vinyl, Mixing, Mastering, Producing, Editing, Consulting.

Payment Terms

Specific payment terms, including deposits and installment plans, will be agreed upon on a project-by-project basis. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

Changes to the Terms

Off Trail Studios reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Website.
